The Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) was founded in 1937 and is the only association that supports the entire plastics supply chain. A long track record of encouraging, fostering and facilitating collaboration between the diverse segments that comprise the plastics industry looks set to continue developing as PLASTICS appoints a new President and CEO.

As from September 16th 2019, Mr Tony Radoszewski will take on the challenging role at the top of PLASTICS. Radoszewski previously held the position of President of the Plastics Pipe Institute where, during a tenure of 13 years, he led efforts that significantly increased membership, improved profitability and enhanced services for the association and its members.

Wylie H. Royce is the Board Chairman at PLASTICS believes that Radoszewski will 'positively enhance the profile of the industry' bringing the benefit of his extensive experience to members.  “Tony is a skilled, experienced executive leader with the demonstrated ability to build critical relationships with key stakeholders," said Royce, adding that PLASTICS were '"delighted to have him [Radoszewski] in place to lead PLASTICS into the future, building on the legacy created by Bill Carteaux, who led the Association for nearly 15 years, ending with his untimely passing in late 2018.

Radoszewski is looking forward to getting started and said he was "grateful for this opportunity to lead such an important and respected organisation." In reference to his many past successes, he modestly said: "While I have decades of experience in the plastics industry, I know as I step in to lead the great PLASTICS organisation that I have much to learn and I am dedicated to listening to members as a top priority.
