The Index™ chopping board case is a new chopping board categorisation system, an ideal hygienic solution for Chefs attending catering competitions and all kitchen environments. 

It offers a practical and compact storage system, with four colour coded food boards in a stylish ABS plastic silver case.   

All boards have a non-slip base are completely dishwasher safe.  

Each colour coded board has an illustrated tab, which are staggered for visual ease:

• Blue – fish
• Raw meats – red/brown
• Cooked meats – natural
• Vegetables – green
