We offer a totally bespoke service drawn and machined from either dimensioned hard copy drawings or from your dwg or dxf files.

Bespoke plastic wear plates can be machined from HDPE 500 grade or UHMWPE 1000 grade, Nylon, Acetal all in various colours to suit your colour coding scheme.

As an added option they can be supplied in conjunction with harder wearing materials therefore giving the option of a sacrificial component to save time on changeovers and down time etc
