These are machine guides machined from ultra high molecular weight polyethylene PE1000 grade.
PE1000 grade is the ideal material choice for plastic guides, machine guides and machine guards.
Other wear resilient materials suitable for guiding include high molecular weight polyethylene PE500 grade (in particular when food contact is necessary), nylon (great for vibration dampening) and acetal POM (very good electrical resisting properties).
Bespoke plastic components can be machined from a range of colours and material thicknesses.
