Bespoke plastic components such as bridge plates and plastic cogs for the filtration industry.

Bridge plates and plastic cogs can be produced from single or multiple materials using various colours, this example plastic component has been machined from high molecular weight polyethylene HMW PE500 grade and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene UHMW PE1000 grade. Other materials such as nylon and acetal could also be used, this allows the end user to choose the colour coding systems they have in place and allows harder and softer materials to work together, thus giving the option of sacrificial components where needed.

Partwell are a plastic sheet stockist and have a CNC machine shop for the production of  bespoke filtration components.  Plastic parts are drawn and machined from both hard copy drawings or dwg and dxf files.
