Bespoke plastic guides, machine guides and plastic machine guards can be machined from HDPE 500 grade polyethylene or UHMWPE 1000 grade polyethylene, Nylon or Acetal, all in various colours to suit your colour coding scheme.

As an added option these parts can be supplied in conjunction with harder wearing materials therefore giving the option of a sacrificial component to save time on changeovers and down time etc

We offer a totally bespoke plastic guide engineering service, all drawn and machined from either dimensioned hard copy drawings or from your dwg or dxf files.
