Plastic Cogs / Bridge Plates

Bespoke components such as plastic cogs and bridge plates can be made up from single or multiple materials using various colours, HDPE 500 grade polyethylene or UHMWPE 1000 grade polyethylene, Nylon or Acetal, this allows the end user to choose the colour coding systems they have in place and allows harder and softer materials to work together, thus giving the option of sacrificial components where needed.
