Manufactured from the finest quality steel and brass materials, sheet separators are available in three categories:
Sheet Separators control the position of the paper being fed into the press. They are designed for use with the following range of Offset Presses : Heidelberg, Man Roland, Miller, KBA, Multilith, Planeta, Davidson, Chief, Hashimoto, Oliver Sakurai, Ryobi – Itek, Hamada, Nebiolo Invicta, Mitsubishi, Komori and Fuji Shinohara.
Sheet Smoother Plate Springs hold the paper in position when it is being transferred from the feeder system to the first gripper section. Designed for use on the Heidelberg range of Offset Presses.
Rubber Hoods moulded in high quality natural rubber compound provide excellent performance, they are fitted to the end of the sheet separator spring on Heidelberg GTO models.
