Due to the large accurately ground and hard chrome-plated steel base, the bending always remains even, it also allows the die-maker to have both hands free for the bending operation. The bending tools are rigidly held in position and yet can be easily changed.
Type 1 (50mm)
The solid supporting arm and good power transmission enable bending of rules from 12mm high x 0,4mm thick up to 50mm high x 1.05mm thick.
Type 2 (100mm)
Type 2 has been constructed for bending of high and heavy steels up to 100mm high x 1.5mm thick, 2pt to 8pt rule.
Supplied with hard-chrome plated steel table, noise control.
Both high rule bending machines are equipped with a a foot lever operation and a measuring device, an accuracy can be obtained within 0,5 mm.
