The Gerber Profile^TM  404 and Gerber Profile^TM  408 is a diemaker unlike any other, a highly-accurate, exceptionally versatile machine that enables die shops to perform multiple functions on a single piece of affordable equipment.

This revolutionary die tool routing system can produce all of the components of a die tool set, with its optional application kits you can generate dies, counter plates, blankers and strippers (male and female), custom samples and coating blankets - quickly and easily at low operating costs.  The Profile does it all, it even chamfers automatically on both sides of the same board in perfect registration and works with a wide range of material, including plywoods, phenolic and plastic.

It accomplishes this by relying on a patent-pending digital rotary machining technique. Rotary machining is the standard process in nearly every industry where accurate material removal is involved. However, it's an entirely new concept for steel rule die fabrication, which puts the Gerber Profile^TM  in a class by itself.

• The Profile Press clamping pressure in combination with the high performance BlueBond, permanently joins two plywoods together, producing a die board that is flat, strong and stable.  Available in 2 sizes, Press 24^TM and Press 48^TM. 
• Stripper and Blanker Kit provides the cutting tool required to produce male and female strippers and blankers, these tools will also allow you to process precise bevels and chamfers in many other materials.
• Folding Carton Die Board Kit provides the user with 2pt and 3pt dieboard kef cutters and the Corrugated Carton Dieboard Kit provides the user with 3pt and 4pt kerf cutters. Click here for more information.
