Air / Waste Stripper Unit

This user-friendly trim waste stripper is designed to remove the internal and external trim waste, saving time and money.  This waste stripping machine is manually moved up and down the side of the pile, continually removing and rapidly ejecting the waste (i.e. 250 sheets/sec. with 300g/m² board). 

The patented circulating stripping chain system is driven by a compressed air motor which can be operated at two speeds, this allows optimum adaptation to the type of waste stripped.  The stripping chain (hardened and hard-chromed) is applied against the trim which is then stripped from the pile at high speed and the chain guard prevents any damage to the carton blanks.

An oil dispenser within the compressed air system provides lubrication to the motor and stripping chain.
