Bohler Stabilo Cut Rule
Bohler Stabilo Cutting and Scoring Rule Profile
Bohler Stabilo Cut rule has a special edge geometry, it combines an optimised surface finish with a high resistance cutting edge and a round K-back.
There is no step at the transition between bevel and body.
Bohler K-back rule reduces the make ready effort in 2 ways. Upon bending standard cutting rule, the rear edge has a natural tendency to lift up at the inside of the bend, as a consequence the effective height of the rule changes. K-back rule has a rounded rear edge that deforms at the bend, but the effective height does not change.
The rounded rear edge of the K-back increases contact pressure towards the backing plate. Plastic deformation of the backing plate and/or the rule’s back edge contribute to evenly distribute the cutting pressure.
Also available with a Supreme coating option.
