Martin Miller Hard Point (HP) cutting rules are manufactured using a precision controlled hardening process, the “Plasma Beam”, this produces one of the hardest cutting edges in the market, whilst maintaining bendability. 

With a very ductile body hardness of 34 HRC, combined with an industry leading edge hardness of 61HRC this rule is ideal for all carton dies and long production runs. 

The unique PLASMA process produces a smooth bevel finish that also minimises dust and swarf, provides a longer die life and offers excellent performance on long press runs.
