Open Cell Rubber

Unlike most die ejection rubbers which incorporate cheap clay fillers to increase hardness and resiliency, Partwell have selected rubber blends which offer improved compression and recovery properties without failing due to premature cracking or compression set. 

Perfect for use on all flat bed dies, they can be compressed more without cell fracture and loss of integrity.
 
All open cell rubber is available in sheet and we offer a full rubber cutting service which includes standard strips, blocks, bubble strips, T2 profile and wavy edge format.
