Trimplex JazzŠ creasing matrix is a high quality matrix, with precision engineered plastic shoulders, a micro thin polyester film base and a perfectly registered locator. Its curved profile shoulders allow the substrate to glide easily over the matrix to allow increased press speed, decreased substrate stretching and reduced make ready.

Sizes & Types:
All profiles are individually colour coded and labelled for easy reference and to minimise the risk of mixing sizes during make ready, available in a full range of colour coded sizes, standard, large, off-centre and quadra.
"Locator Pt Size" on the product tables above, means the matrix is suitable for the listed rule point size i.e. 2pt - 3pt, 3pt - 4pt & 6pt.
Standard matrix base: 10mm, except Pistachio = 12mm
Large & Quadra matrix base: 12mm
Standard and off-centre JazzŠ are all 700mm length strips and have approximately 36 strips per box.
Large JazzŠ are 700mm length and have approximately 21 strips per box.
Quadra JazzŠ are 700mm length and standard sizes quadra sizes up to 3.0mm width have 36 strips per box and larger sizes with widths over 3.2mm have 21 strips per box. Note: further sizes other than those listed are available on request.
