ManMat Sure Score Creasing Matrix

Man-Mat's Sure-Score creasing matrix is a steel based creasing matrix covering channel widths from 0.5mm to 6.0mm and is available in a range of types, including standard centre crease, off-centre crease, double crease and reverse crease.

All products in the Sure Score range (where applicable) have bevelled edges as standard and feature an accurate channel section, manufactured to exacting tolerances from an advanced thermoplastic polymer.

The specialist double-sided adhesive system, supplied by 3M, has been designed specifically for the substrates and offers exceptional initial tack and ultra-high shear strength suitable for production runs of any length. Yet when the matrix is removed on completion of the run, it lifts away cleanly without leaving any residues on the platen.

The patented method of locator attachment to the matrix, ensures accurate registration, simply and effectively. With many different products and sizes being supplied with a universal locator, which due to its advanced technical design, fits easily and positively onto several different rule sizes, the need to carry excess inventory is eliminated. When the locator is removed, because no adhesive was used in the first instance, there are no sticky residues left on the matrix surface.
