Automatic high speed press machines have been developed for the ultra high speed processing of narrower materials which need to be through cut or kiss cut.

They provide sophisticated but easy to use production solutions. Running at up to 100 strokes per minute, the hydraulic operation, rigid construction and precision depth of cut, produce accurate components time after time. 

Kiss cut, self adhesive products can be rewound at the product rewind station with the scrap web automatically being removed at another station leaving clean, finished components ready to issue to customers.

High Speed automatic press cutting machines are available in a range of cutting forces, from 12 tons to 100 tons and cutting heads are available from 350mm x 350mm and upwards. 

The vast machine range available includes models that have a powered table for sheet material, a PET belt to assist product feed, laminating stations, sheet cut off device, knock-out stations, cut to print registration and special cut and heat seal equipment.
