Established in 1979, Partwell Group is still a family run business with over 30 years experience in plastic sheet and engineering. We have a team of engineers dedicated to providing our clients with a reliable and trustworthy service.

With full CAD/CAM facilities and Partwell Group's new 5 axis CNC machine we can cater for one off jobs and prototypes, small and large production runs and long-term contracts, all with ISO 9001: 2008 approved manufacture.

We hold stocks of a wide range of sheet plastic materials to accommodate a diverse range of applications and all manufacturing is carried out in-house at our Lancashire site.  Some example industries are:

Chemical Industry – many plastic grades have excellent chemical resistant properties

Conveyor & Material Handling Industries – example plastic parts include plastic star wheels, wear plates, conveyor straights, conveyor tracks and machine guards etc

Filtration Industry – example plastic components include filter plates, wear plates, bridge plates, rollers, chutes, bearings, guides and many other bespoke plastic parts.

Food Processing, Bakery & Beverage Industries – food approved plastics mean we can manufacture food-safe bespoke machine plastic parts for processing plants, moulds are a common part we manufacture for food industries. We also supply bespoke machined food boards and food display units.
