Product of the Month: Plate Cleaners

Partwell plate cleaners have been specially formulated to provide rapid and efficient removal of inks and adhesive residue from the cutting plate, without leaving an oilly coating.

Unlike many commonly used cleaners such as white spirit, our product will evaporate quickly, leaving the cutting plate surface dry and ready for production within minutes, for fast and secure matrix bonding with less downtime.

Our cleaning wipes are treated and impregnated with a blend of orange based solvents, which easily soften and remove adhesive residues. Supplied ready to use, they reduce the amont of solvent used for a safer and healthier working environment.
