A simple way of lengthening both the life of your cutting knives and your cutting boards is through keeping your knives sharp. Our rule die steel knife sharpeners are the perfect tool for restoring sharpness to a dulled knife edge in one swift stroke. (No need to over stroke). The tips of the sharpener are manufactured from premium tungsten carbide for excellent sharpening with minimum effort. A sharp edge requires less pressure to cut and therefore reduces damage to cutting boards, knife and often the press machine itself.
How to use the Knife Sharpener:
The knife sharpener is held above the knife at the angle indicated in the diagram above and using a constant pressure, is drawn across the knife edge in the direction of the arrow.
